Working on their belief that the private sector is the engine of growth for the economy, the Shijiazhuang municipal government has created a financial support programme for SMEs in partnership.
The Shijiazhuang municipal government will actively support the project by setting up the first batch of five industrial bases including the textile base in 2010-2012. Financing has been a bottleneck restricting the development of SMEs, especially for small and medium-sized in terms of science and technology, which have a high gold content of the technology, but no funds will be converted into productivity technology. In view of this situation, The Shijiazhuang municipal government in recent years has launched CNY 1 billion fund for SMEs. |
